What we collect

When you send a booking request, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue, event type, package preference and notes about your plans.

How we use it

We use your information to check availability, respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, coordinate your booking and provide the service you request. We may keep booking correspondence as part of our business records.

Analytics and cookies

With your permission, this website sends a basic page-view event so we can understand which pages are useful. It does not use advertising trackers. You can choose “Essential only” in the privacy notice or reopen your choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer. We also use a necessary cookie to remember your choice.

Photos at events

Photos taken at your event belong to the event experience and are delivered as agreed in your quotation. We will ask before using event photos for public marketing. Please tell our team if you do not want a particular photo used in promotional material.

Sharing and security

We do not sell your personal information. We share details only with people who need them to respond to or deliver your booking, or where required by law. Please do not send card numbers or payment credentials through the booking form or email.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete information we hold about your enquiry, subject to records we need to keep for legal or accounting reasons. Email salesfj@boothby.com to make a request.
