Booking notes
before the party.
These notes explain how our event hire works. Your written quotation confirms the terms for your specific booking.
Requests and confirmations
A booking request through this website is an enquiry. It does not reserve a date. We confirm availability, event details, pricing and any special arrangements in writing before a booking is accepted.
Deposit and payment
A 50% deposit secures the booking after we confirm availability. The remaining balance is due before or on the event date as stated in your written quotation. We send payment instructions directly. Do not send payment to details found on an unofficial message or website.
What event hire includes
Standard event hire includes unlimited photo sessions and prints during the booked hours, a custom event frame, digital copies, a booth attendant, delivery, setup and pack-down, standard props, a standard white backdrop and your choice of an open setup or enclosure at no extra charge.
Custom work and extras
Custom backdrops and personalised props are separately quoted and require at least three weeks’ notice. Photography, videography and a matcha setup are optional extras subject to availability and a separate quote.
Venue and access
The client must provide a safe, accessible space and a standard power outlet. Outdoor setups must be dry, sheltered and safe. Delays caused by venue access, unsafe conditions or unavailable power may affect operating time; we will work with you to resolve issues where possible.
Travel and large events
Outside Suva and Nausori, our full-event package starts from FJ$2,500. The exact venue, event hours, travel, accommodation and any high-volume print requirements are confirmed in the quotation. Large public events and multi-day activations may require a tailored plan.
Changes and cancellation
Contact us as early as possible if your date, venue or event plans change. Rescheduling depends on availability. The cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms for your booking are set out in the written quotation provided before payment.
Walk-in booths
Walk-in booth sessions, including at MHCC, are separate from event hire. They have their own operating hours, pricing and print arrangements.
